MODER JORD (ECOLOGICAL FARM)

During the period 20-24 August 1979 the idea 

laboratory Galerie S:t Petri in Lund, Sweden, 

was transformed into a vegetarian restaurant. 

Every day about 100 meals were served. 

The gallery also functioned as a 

sleeping place for those participating 

in the Sangham Symposium which took 

place in Lund at the same time. 

The vegetarian experiment was carried out by 

the Swedish ecological farm Moder Jord (Tollarp).
